Hannah Said What?! August 11, 2011

Posted by Emily in : Princess Hannah , trackback

That garbage on the road sure is sparkling!  (Noting the white reflectors that divide the lanes on the road on CA that we don’t have in UT)

Mom, I want to listen to my body and my body says I’m full.  (handing
me 1/2 of her cookie)

Can you teach me all the Chinese you know! (to the girl from Taiwan on
our shuttle bus)

I’m older now, I’m in the older ballet class.  I’m already four.
(rouring laughter from all the Chinese people on our bus.)

I’m in ballet, but i’m not on pointe yet.  My feet have to get stronger.

I want as many friends as I can get!

Mom, let me confuse to you to another song.

Mommy, how did Daddy help you make me?  (She has asked me this at least THREE times in the last week  . . . not sure what do say next!)

Aw, Hannah-isms are the best!

I’d just tell her that it went like this….

Em: “David, are you ready to help change diapers and take care of babies?”

David: “Why yes, Emily.”

Em: “Okay. Good.”

And then once you had decided, the little egg inside your tummy started to grow because you were grown up and ready.

I’m alllllll for honesty and all that, but certainly not the birds and bees at four years old. This is what I told my girls when they were small……

And besides, if you were honest with Hannah, she would tell everyone she met for the next month about how her dad and mom make babies!! LMAO.

xo.

Oh Rebecca! You nailed that one! TOO FUNNY! Can’t stop laughing! I can ONLY imagine what she would say to her friends and their parents! OH MY! DODGED THAT ONE!

PHEW.

She hasn’t asked for a few days, but when she does, I know just what to say! :) Thanks for the tip!

Hannah would be a true A list celebrity in Singapore. They would eat her up. And she’d handle the attention much better than Samara did. What a doll! I’m moved back to UT but gone next week. I would love to get together sometime at the end of the month or in Sept.

YAY Cheryl! Let’s get together!
