It has letters on it, I LOVE letters! (Explaining why she loves to use my Aveda Shammy)
I didn’t want to fall in the water because I didn’t have my bathing suit on! (Explaining the most scary reason why she shouldn’t fall off the pier; a 15 foot drop into freezing, cold, yucky, Lake Ontario.)
Don’t worry mom, the couch will hold my hand. (Jumping from cushion to cushion on the couch I offered her my hand.)
Dallin! I love you to pieces little buddy!
Daddy, I love you SOOOO MUCH! I want to keep you forever and ever and ever!
I’m growin’ up so big everyday. My mommy tells me that all the time. (She told this to the man at the candy store every time she saw him.)
I just want to get big enough so I can do tricks on the trampoline. (Really, this is the only reason she wants to grow up.)
Dallin! Are you listening to me? ANSWER ME! (Dallin only knows five words, “hi, ah oh, boy, no, and dad.”) (Putting her hands on Dallin’s face, forcing him to look her in the eyes. She means business when she wants a straight answer!)
Mommy, I was just looking out the window. All those people need to go to sleep! The sun has gone to bed! You should tell them! (This was her explanation after looking out her bedroom window in New York a couple hours after her bedtime.)
Are we not taking the camera? (No honey, we’re going to Walmart) Do we not take our camera to Walmart?
I’m just a little kid, and little kids just make a mess!
Mommy! Daddy said I’m a drama queen! I’m not a drama Queen! (She then threw her body on the floor.)
Grandma and Grandpa are going to be so happy to see me! They are going to say, “I love you soooo much!” We missed you soooo much!” And then they are going to give me too many kisses on my face. (Her response after we told her we were moving back to Utah.)
