Free in Kansas City May 28, 2009

Posted by Emily in : Family, Kansas, Princess Hannah , trackback

The Botanical Gardens in Kansas City are very close to my house.

It is FREE.

In case you haven’t heard, my husband is a medical student (who will graduate in 40 years) and FREE is totally within our budget.

We saw a Cardinal.

There were stepping stones . . .

and plenty of grass for Hannah to run around on.

Plenty of walking trails.  PLENTY.

And Hannah’s hair was always in her face.

ALWAYS.

There were lots of places to count to ten while playing hide and seek.

And cool tunnels to hide in.

I have to say that I LOVE how pretty and green it is there. I think Kansas might be a better looking state than I thought, especially with Hannah beautifying it.

You can’t beat $Free.99. I’m glad you’re taking the time to enjoy it.

Botanical Gardens are so beautiful. Ours are free too.
So…your kids are gorgeous. I absolutely love the photo of Hannah’s skipping feet and the close-up of her. Also, the one of you son in the post below where he is looking up MUST be entered in a contest. You NEED to start taking pictures for other people. You could make some good money. I love the way you edit your photos especially. If I lived by you I’d come over and get lessons.
