Brace Yourselves, This Might Shock You April 22, 2009
Posted by Emily in : Little Man Dallin , trackbackThis little guy needed a haircut.
BAD.
I’m not really into the shaggy-hair-over-the-ear-look, so it was high time for Dallin to get his first haircut.
Now, I know my little guy. I know he doesn’t like strange, loud, vibrating things touching him. I was gearing myself up mentally to deal with his reaction.

But . . .
I was clearly not prepared for this reaction:

You’d think he was watching a parade at Disneyland.
Honestly.

But doesn’t our Little Man Dallin look so dapper with his new do?
I think so.
But I am his mother, which obviously infers that I am very biased.

LMAO.
Only your kids would be so happy throughout something that most babies hate.
You certainly have laid back children. If Dallin hadn’t cried so much in his early months, he would be beyond the most perfect baby ever. The smiling is adorable but the hair cut is even better! Good job David!!
He looks great! Don’t most kids scream and cry, like their favorite binky has just been stolen?
the over the ear surfer thing is totally in right now! but i agree, he does looking dashing with his new do. so cute!
He looks adorable, and I’m very jealous that he behaved so well through it. My kids act like every hair is a nerve ending when I’m cutting their shaggy hair, which is why it is shaggy since I wait so long between cuts so I don’t have to hear the yells. Yeah, it’s a vicious cycle.
Oh I love it! He’s so cute. I, also, LOVE a good clean haircut – over the ears, clean neckline – the best.
Hi. You don’t know me, but last month you posted on my friend Jen’s blog. She was about to have a baby and did a post asking for what people could not live without with an infant. You mentioned that you loved the belly band. I am having twins in a couple of weeks, and even though these will be my fourth and fifth children, I have never used one but have been contemplating buying one. There are so many on the market. If you don’t mind me asking, what brand did you use? Also, I am right in between two sizes (you know how they tell you to go with your pre-pregnancy size). Some of the reviews that I read said that they tend to stretch. Should I go with the smaller size, or do you think that would be too tight? Sorry to be such a random stalker, but I would love to know what worked for you.
Thanks. gremily2@aol.com
