Pioneer Woman – I’m pretty sure we’d be best friends if we knew each other. She is fun, down to earth, and extremely talented. She has a cooking, photography, and personal blog. I mostly follow her photography blog. I wish I would win one of her giveaways one of these days . . .
Dooce - This is the mother of all blogs, right? I’ve been reading her blog for years and David and I talk about what’s going on in her life like she is part of our extended family. We’re LAME, WE KNOW. She is a very witty, edgy writer. She and I view most things very differently, but I enjoy her writing style.
Write Stuff – This blog is by my friend Melanie. She used to be my assistant manager when I worked for the Limited a few years ago. She is now following her dream of being a writer and has just completed her first manuscript. Go buy it when it comes out! (She has a publisher already, so really, buy it when it hits the shelves!) Every entry is very witty, funny, and of course, well written. She rocks.
C Jane – I love Courtney’s writing style. Very thought provoking and sincere. She is Stephanie Nielson’s sister (from Nie Nie Dialogues who was in a plane crash with her husband and over 80% of her body was burned) and the love and admiration she has for her family is amazing. This blog will lift your day.
Mormon in Manhattan – This is a childhood friend who now lives in Manhattan. She stars in Grease on Broadway. She is fun, whimsical, and witty.
Navel Gazing at its Finest – This writer is funny, and raw. She is so real, I started to cry when she blogged about going bankrupt, loosing her house and her car. It sounds depressing, but she is hilarious! (BTW, she worked out a way to keep her house and get her car back) She also has a book coming out soon . . .
Pulsipher Predilections – Okay, this blog is written by Kristina who TOTALLY CRACKS ME UP! I laugh every time! (Hi Kristina!) Read it, you’ll get hooked.
A Little Sussy – This professional photographer posts her weekly photoshoots and other fun things. It’s a light read, and full of great photography.
